Vinny was shocked. "You've met Alonzo?"
Well this was awkward.
Maybe Alonzo did "find what he was looking for". Maybe he had eyes for Lily. Not that there was anything wrong with that, but...but Vinny was still a little sweet on her. He flirted a lot, but he had never really made a move, because he felt she was better than that. His feelings were conflicted. He really didn't know what to feel. One thing, for certain, was that he wasn't going to let a girl come between him and Alonzo. That was childish. Lily was a grown woman, and she could do as she pleased.
He hoped he could be mature.

Leonardo smiled and patted Alonzo. "My friend, you n' I will do great business. I can promise you, Alonzo, you will never ever be alone." He gestured towards the door, allowing the giant dog to leave before him. "Let's join tha othas, shall we? I want to give you a proper sample of what the Mancinis have to offer you, Mr. Capaldi."
As Leo closed his office behind he and Alonzo, he spoke again. "Oh, Alonzo, Lily, and Vinny. I 'ave a reserved area near da front back of da building. It's a large area an' some guys 'ave already brought our lunch. You can't miss it. I see Frankie ovah theah, I wanna make sure he knows wheah it is. Ay Randy! Randy! Follow 'em to da back. Sit next to my spot."
Frankie had been solemnly conversing with a group of cats whenever Leonardo came up to him. "Hey, Bawss. Everythin' ok?"
"I was just comin' to ask you da same thing, Frankie. I want everythin' to be perfect for you an' ya dawtas." He layed eyes on Adeline, admiring her. "An' who, may I ask, is this lovely creature?"
Frankie shook his head as his girls laughed at Leo. "This is Miss Adeline Halbrook. She's an old friend of mine, an' my personal guest."
"I am beyond honored to 'ave you in my home, Miss Adeline. Please, accompany me to our reserved seating arrangement. I think you'll enjoy your lunch today."
